3d Printed fabrication Jig allows for easy cutting of mandrel bent tubes to form each side of the merge collector (4 into 1). The outlet circumference is matched to allow easy fit up of outlet tube. Recommended to cut using a vertical bandsaw for best results (avoid abrasive cutting tools as the plastic will melt. Alternately, use the jig to mark the tube then remove and cut with an angle grinder).

Suits 45mm OD, 1.5 x D CLR, 15 degree Mandrel Bends
